Corporate Podcast and Website Management Service

October 16th, 2006 at 02:55pm

Over the past few days I’ve been giving some thought to what I could do if the #### #### I require for a job I’ve been offered doesn’t come through. My main thought here has been a Corporate Podcasting Service where I produce (and optionally present) podcasts for organisations, and also offer website management services.

At the moment it sounds like a good idea, I can think of a few organisations that would benefit from newsletter style podcasts which contain general notices for customers/clients, as well as short interviews with various people responsible for aspects of the organisation’s work. I can also think of a few places which could benefit from website management services.

I haven’t come across the downside of the idea yet…I’m sure it’ll come to me in the next day or two.

Any thoughts?

Is there any reason why you wouldn’t get your #### ####?

I can’t think of any particularly logical reasons why I wouldn’t…but I do have minor concerns about this website and my media contacts, and especially my sources inside various organisations who tend to feed me stories every now and then. The latter of that three, and the journalist in me are a concern…but I doubt any of those things will actually hinder the process.

Still, I should know in a couple weeks.

As long as you were honest about those things and won’t compromise the security you are ‘cleared’ for.

Oddly enough, they never came up…the fact that I didn’t have #### interview proves that I’m not going for a particularly high ####.

And of course, I intend on honouring all of the conditions, rules etc in the volumuos paperwork I waded through.

Now I’m concerned that “Volumuous” might not be a word…I need to get some sleep.

I think the subversive actions you took against your own website with the flying windows would be enough to raise suspision.

I’d interrogate myself in a darkened room with the lamp in my face. You could take turns with yourself being good cop / bad cop until you uncover the reasons you launched a terrorist window attack against your own site.

It is, after all, a matter of national security.

    Subversive actions?

    Odd observation Colonel.

That said and in response to your request that Samuel interrogates himself, perusing the archives of this blog, I note that some former participants claimed they were stalking themselves as a result of posting here.

    Yes, very odd!
