Merry Christmas
December 25th, 2008 at 12:30pm
A quick note to all of you to wish you a merry Christmas.
There is so much more that I would like to say, but I don’t think today is an appropriate day for it. I’ll hold it for tomorrow instead.
In the meantime, enjoy your day.

Good morning Samuel. A very interesting breakfast programme on 1 Way this morning.
I was pleased to hear Pastor Medway refer to me as a worthy person, when he said – “If you’re listening to this programme you must be a worthy person”.
Thankyou Pastor Medway, I accept the description without reservation.
All up, a very interesting show, including new info about the ionosphere, and a problem with an undersea cable, and some good songs including “Royal Telephone” by Jimmy Little.
I hear you won’t be presenting the Breakfast Show next week, but will be back the week after.
You’re obviously doing something right for them to want you to go back to the ‘other station’ for a week.
Anyway, thank you again for referring me to ‘the place of the free lunch’ yesterday. It was an excellent meal, and the service provided by the volunteers at Lifestream was second to none.
I shall be listening to the Breakfast Show on 1 way FM again on Monday. Not next Monday, but the Monday after.
Mister Pappadappadopolis.

Thank you Mr. Pappadappadopolis. I will have to scour the 1WAY FM record library for more gems like Telephone To Glory.
I’m a bit disappointed that I can’t host 1WAY’s breakfast show AND work in Deniliquin, but I don’t think a week of pre-recorded breakfast shows would be very worthwhile. It was very kind of 1WAY FM management to let me go for the week in pursuit of a paid job.
I’m glad that you had a good Christmas lunch and that we were able to help you with that.
As for “the other station” 2QN (that would be a bad slogan), I certainly hope that’s the case, and I’m looking forward to some more time there.

And thank you Tony. I hope your day was a good one.
