That’s an average of 8.3 hours over those three nights.. I think you’re doing ok. 😉

True, but that 16 hour day was an unusual surge.

I’d love to see a concurrent Sleep-O-Meter and Coffee-Cup-O-Meter just to look for any relationships in statistics.

That’s a good idea…the coffee I drink has changed a bit since I last ran the Coffee-Cup-O-Meter so I’ll have to work out the logistics of it, but I think I could probably start that next week.

I wonder if sleeping patterns have anything to do with what is on the radio.
As a lad back in the mid 1990s I used to go to bed listening to Dr Feelgood on a Sunday night (p*rn to a 13yr old!!) She played a song around 10.40pm and I just could not get through it – would always, almost without exception, fall asleep.
