Hallucinations

So, a green bag just walked half a metre across my bedroom, and a brown blob decided to peep over the shower curtain. I think this proves that I’m not getting enough sleep…it’s a pity that I can’t get enough sleep, because I really don’t want the ceiling to fly away during the night.

You know what stops you getting sleep?

Heh, I actually do sleep in a dark room…I also don’t sleep in it.
There are a few reasons I can think of for it; migraines, depression and having a mind that just won’t stop thinking come to mind (tonight it seems to be the latter…I was going to get some sleep and then I started to think about interest rates, inflation and tax cuts. I thought about that for a bit and tried to distract myself with some work, which wasn’t such a good idea as that just made me work on fixing something).
Oh, and I do realise that you were making a light-hearted comment, I’m jut not sleeping again and thought I’d fill in the time by providing a proper explanation. Your humour is appreciated.

Warm cows milk normally sends me off to la la land but warm bulls milk gives me nightmares.
Ice cream gives me nightmares too, so was wondering is ice cream secretly made of bulls milk?
Samuel, any light on this?

About 30-45 minutes before you hit the hay have some Chamomile tea (on its own, no milk and definitely no sugar). Some find the taste a bit pharmaceutical, but Lipton Infusions blend is quite nice. It works wonders for me. You want quite a strong brew so let the tea bag infuse for about three minutes – any longer than that and it will taste bitter.
