Samuel’s Blog Weekly Poll: New South Wales

The weekly poll is back, hopefully this will be the last political one for a few weeks.

Will Morris Iemma’s re-elected government take New South Wales in “the right direction”?

Total Votes: 22
Started: March 25, 2007

Clearly the majority of people in New South Wales believe Morris Iemma is the best choice for the job, but given the track record of that government, one does have to wonder how bad people thought the state would be under a Debnam Coalition government.

As for me, well earlier in the week I was tipping a minority Iemma government, then I shifted to a minority Debnam government…wrong on both counts!

Give yourself an uppercut Samuel.

As for the Poll – I don’t vote on things political, so I won’t
be participating.

( I acknowledge that Morris “teddy bear” Iemma’s team have been
returned with a majority).

Allow me, John…

BIFF BANG POW
COP THAT!

I hoped this poll would have been “Should the whole of NSW be bulldozed and a giant car park built for residents of the other states to use”

Only problem with that plan is the walk back to your own state!

Converyor belts and tubes, Sam. Everything can be solved with the addition of a conveyor belt or a tube.

I think Deborah Cornwall has been reading this thread.
I heard her call Morris Iemma “a teddy bear of a man” on the ABC’s
7.30 Report tonight.

I don’t recall anybody referring to him as a “Teddy Bear” before
I posted the above comment on March 25 –

( I acknowledge that Morris “teddy bear” Iemma’s team have been
returned with a majority).

And the reason I gave him that nickname is because he walks
like a teddy bear (swaying slightly from side to side).

You’re a man of much influence John.

Here’s an extract of how Deborah Cornwall described Mr. Iemma
on the 7.30 Report last night –

” an awkward teddy bear of a man whose very ordinariness somehow managed to convince voters that this time, maybe, things would be different”.

Does this mean that one of the ABC’s top reporters has been
reading Samuel’s Blog ? Stay tuned !
