More from the cabling

According to the UEA website [1], the process used for this digging is Horizontal Directional Drilling. According to a person I know who knows about these sort of things, the direction of the drilling is controlled by water pressure, which is why it all starts on an angle but ends up going horizontally.

Anyway, a photo and some video of the Horizontal Directional Drilling machine in action.

And a short video of the Horizontal Directional Drilling machine in action, including a UEA truck driving past.

Sie können nicht den Arbeiter sehen, da seine Sicherheitsjacke innen mit der Maschine gemischt hat. Möglicherweise sollte er ein gelbes tragen.

Either you are proficient in German, or you have been playing with the Google Translator, either way I have no idea what you’re talking about, even after asking Google.

Google’s Translator told me that you said

They cannot see the worker, since its safety jacket mixed inside with the machine. Possibly it should carry a yellow.

I am proficiant with barbarian speak. However, the translater messed a few words up. I was saying that his safety jacket should be yellow and that the orange provides no contrast to the digging machine or the witches hats. Hopefully work safe does not see the pic. He also has four arms. Is he Hindu?

He has four arms? Really?

Yes, four arms, yet another subliminal reference to a pagan god!
